Firefox does not give me the option to "save as" when downloading documents. Always just downloads to download folder and whatever name that comes with the document.
Most times "document", "statement" etc. I suspected it was something with fonts but forgot about the Inspect Element tool. One last suggestion to anyone on a Mac having this issue. When you do Inspect Element, you will be shown what fonts are acceptable to the element.
